Registered Mental Health Clinical Intern in Boca Raton, FL
Overview
Navigating the complexities of our relationships, our history, and our own internal worlds can be difficult to do alone. I work with teens and adults who are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, and the lingering effects of difficult or inconsistent childhood experiences. Therapy is a space where your story can unfold in a way that feels steady and supportive. No matter what brings you here, you deserve a place where you can be fully seen and heard.
I specialize in helping you understand the “why” behind your struggles, whether they show up as anxiety, sadness, overwhelm, or patterns that feel hard to shift. I intend to offer a calm and grounded environment where you can explore what has shaped you, as well as what you are carrying right now, and begin to understand yourself more deeply and compassionately. In our work together, we take time to notice the patterns that show up in your thoughts, your emotions, and your relationships.
When we explore these patterns together, we do so with curiosity rather than judgment. Many of these responses began during times when you needed a sense of protection or stability, and they played an important role in helping you cope. Therapy gives us space to view these patterns with clarity and to consider what feels supportive for you now, as well as what you may be ready to gently shift.
In our sessions, I aim to be collaborative and gentle, and I am also willing to be direct when it feels supportive and clear. My hope is that therapy feels like a consistent, comforting space where you do not have to navigate things alone. I will offer empathy, patience, and thoughtful guidance as you explore difficult emotions, early attachment wounds, and the internal narratives that have shaped your life. Together, we will work toward building a sense of internal safety and self-trust, so you can move forward with more ease, confidence, and connection to the person you are becoming.
