Sabrina Dominguez, Psy.D.

Post-Doctoral Psychology Resident in Boca Raton, FL

Overview

At the core of my practice is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for healing and growth. I am committed to creating a space built on trust, safety, and mutual respect, where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe that, together, we can create a foundation for meaningful change.

My approach is integrative, as I draw on a variety of evidence-based treatments to meet your goals. I focus on creating personalized treatment plans, recognizing that every individual is unique, which leads to more effective and tailored care. Therapy is a collaborative process where you, the client, are the expert of your own life. Together, we will explore your goals, challenges, and strengths, working towards a path that aligns with you and your needs.

I have experience working with adults at all stages of life, helping them navigate transitions, manage stress, and build resilience. Whether you are seeking to find stability, overcome obstacles, or simply create more fulfillment in your life, I am here to support you on that journey.
